I submitted my port at DHL last week Monday but I got a phone call today and it was returned back due to incomplete documentation..please has anyone experienced this before? What’s the solution?


These are the documents I submitted earlier
International port
Photocopy of port data page
BVL letter
port Request Letter

I didn’t add my biometrics slip because I misplaced the slip from the biometric I did in 2015

Please kindly advise on what to do next and what other documents they need.. I have 17 more days for this to be done

Where do you do biometrics last and where do you want to send your port? if you done biometrics in Lagos and want to send to Abuja you will pay transmission fee

You can not respond using webform, you have to send your response using your IRCC portal.

Your response will be quite different from the example the Iomy sent, because she caught the error and stepped ahead of it to inform IRCC.
In your case, they have discovered the oversight and your response will be tailored towards the circumstances surrounded the visa application to US and the denial.
In my own opinion, you must be able to explain how the US application was made and the fact that you thought it was a family application made under your parents name and not your name.

No you don't. They will require you submit your waec result and waec scratch card to confirm your result.

Use this tricks by the form on your iPhone and transfer it on your laptop (Note : it will look blank when you it )

After you transfer it on your laptop you will right click by open with your adobe.

Without consent form they will not work on your package because you haven't given them permission to do that. That is exactly what is in that consent form.

It is okay.

No you can't be refused because that's school requirements but if you can afford to pay more no problem.

No, you should always be positive about the application you want to submit. That being said, your application will be considered based

- Your financial resources (If you have the funds to pay your tuition and living expenses as well transport costs
- Your purpose of study
- If you have strong hometies in Nigeria
