Paid for lost port which is 70k, not fast track

I heard that alausa uses alphabetic order for port collection, like surnames that start with certain letters like A, should come for collection on Mondays alone.
I don't know if Festac also make use of such pattern or not, because I would like to go check if mine is out

Did the immigration officer informed you that your port is out or you went there yourself to find out? Cos the immigration officer I went through is not doing anything and I captured since 7th of march at Alausa office.
