...Proof that u have full custody: this is not by mouth ........after divorce, custody is either awarded to one parent or t ( both parents) ...so if u claim u have full custody ....u have to show it on paper... the child has been living with u and u have been buying pampers alone is not a showable roof....

if the father gives u consent without this proof...some ECO can just assume u both have t custody and will start using technicalities and grammar to be throwing NSF at you.... it happened to one lady here......

U may also need cover letter to explain anything u want to explain.....

Consent letter is good. But it not enough, even if u do it in aso rock with the tinubu as a witness. Along with ur divorce papers, You will still need to submit an official court document that states u have sole responsibility of the child.

Now I'm about completing the 28 days rule my concern is that within that 28days after 10days of topping 500k I noticed that the exchange rate was increasing rapidly then I topped another 1 million making it a total of 2.5 .
Now I just checked the exchange rate but it hasn't exceeded the 1.5 rather it is at 1.2 , hope there wouldn't be problem if I print it out on Monday because of the 1M that was sent within that period of 28days?

The correct answer is yes. Although many ppl make that mistake. It doesn’t affect the outcome of visa.

You are to fill the application like it’s the dependent filling it. Your child will be traveling with a parent and not all those things listed

Exchange rate that badly fluctuate is often tricky cos UKVI will likely treat ur application with the oanda rate of the day u subbmitted ur application....... if the exchange rate can drop back to less than 1M by the end of 28days count and print out day..then you are safe.... if not.... na OYO u dey oooo

In my opinion... the best thing is to start counting ur 28days from the day you had an excess closing balance higher than any exchange rate u have noticed...(which is 1.5M for now....... or even 2.5M to be more safe)

because... if u start counting from the day u had 1 milion....and the exchange rate for example never drop from 1.2M till u submit ur application .....UKVI will will use 1.2M and say u ddnt meet the required 28 day required amount
