I don't think there should be issue if still graduated with same degree as stated on her CAS.

1) what is your advise for this individual
2) If maybe she gets a new CAS to cover up the period she is waiting for her result and gets a visa extension, if afterwards she gets cleared, won’t the resit affect her chances of getting a PSW even after she had cleared the resit.

They demanded for 50% deposit 2000 pounds if the tuition fee is less than 4000 pounds

Where's they equally say that

International students can make 2000 pounds deposit for CAS to be issued.

Please, I'd like to ask a question. My sister did her TB test yesterday and it was marked as abnormal. Nothing to do with TB, just showed a thin scarring like subsegmental atelectasis (it was written in the medical exam form given to her-lungs can't inflate properly). She was advised to see her doctor but nothing else.

I wanted to know if it's possible for her to apply for her visa with the certificate and medical exam form as it explains why the cxr is abnormal.

Ps: we weren't aware of the minor lung issue prior to this, other than occasional chest pain and when she went to the doctors, it was ed off as stress.

Everyone, please be very vigilant especially if you have gotten a decision but it's taking longer than usual to get your port back. I know they will tell you to wait 10 working days after getting decision before you will get your port but THAT IS NOT NORMAL! We all know it doesn't take that long to get your port back. People that get a decision on the 13th working day usually get collection mail on the 15th working day.

Today made it 10 working days after decision/brp letter and I hadn't gotten my port. I called British High Commission Abuja customer care and the staff that took my details called my mobile line later that night and was demanding 50k before he could track my port for me. I did my bio since the first week of August so, the past 8 weeks have been from one battle to another. Luckily, my friend told me yesterday that she had a family friend in BHC so I quickly gave her my details. The I got was that my port had basically been abandoned! UKVI didn't even bother to inform BHC to print my visa. It was my friend's family friend that sent an email to UKVI and they finally approved it that same yesterday. My visa was printed and was dispatched by DHL today!!! Due to their negligence, I have already missed a lot in school and I will still miss classes of next week and a bit of upper week because one-way flight tickets for this coming week are showing 2M and above.

All I'm saying is that be vigilant! It's not normal for our ports to just be sitting in BHC office collecting dust. Infact, if it's taking longer than 3 days after decision, start sending emails and blasting them with calls. BHC o, UKVI o, all of them are incompetent!!!

It was the one I ed when my POF was 14days.
Please what can i do....
I'm thinking of doing assisted service on the day of biometrics to the updated one with a cover letter stating the mistake.... will this work.
If I will be doing the assisted service do I need to go with other documents I have ed or that have already submitted..

Thanks, Ebimone. I was able to reach them, they said they would escalate it again. In the first escalation, I was told that I had been previously advised that my application hasn't been straightforward and a decision is yet to be made. I was also advised that they couldn't give a specific time frame for when a decision will be made but assured me they were still working on it.
I don't know if this is normal. Has anyone had a decision take this long ? 8 weeks today.

Let her go to her school visa team, but this shouldn't be a problem as she can extend her study visa, as long as it is done 28 days before her current student visa expiry. Basis the guidance from gov.uk then her PSW should not be affected as she will now have a new visa expiry. Recommend again to see the school visa team. You can opt for a paid call....to know if your application as been decided or not ......visit the ukvi web for how to initiate one..... In addition you can visit the bank you used as financial evidence, to inquiry if they got a verification mail from ukvi and if they have responded to it ..
