Yes they did. They have used up their yearly allocation, they applied like 5 weeks ago

Didn’t do anything wrong. Pre employment checks alone took like 4 months.

A call came in while I was making payment an obstructed the process, all my effort to get back to the site has been abortive.

I have been offered a one year COS for a care job. I will like to know if there is anything like one year tier2 visa. My fear comes from the fact that every COS I’ve been told about is either 3 or 5years.

Can I use it the one year COS for my visa application.

What time were you able to to book pls? Cos I tried severaly and the site was saying "max s" so I cldnt . But I'm aware they only open their booking site on Mondays by 8 or 9am.

Application submitted-May 24th, 2023 , Bio- July 12th, 2023, NSF email for MA and dependents- July 22nd , 2023, additional info needed from spouse (PCC)- which was submitted in the application initially but we ed it again that same day. Since then no more information from UKVI. So many paid emails which says my application is under consideration n awaiting a decision. I asked for escalation 04/07/2023, got escalation confirmation via email from Sheffield work 06/07/2023- to wait for another 15WD. My work is starting August 2nd 2023.

I wish you luck my dear. It will surely end in praises

If home office said 15 working days(21 days)outside bank holiday than wait. The most you can do is to get in touch with your employer that you are still waiting for your visa decision.

What was the NSF mail for MA? There's too much gap between visa application and biometrics..you could have paid for priority

I have gotten in touch with my employer about the delay, the NSF email for MA was empty but my spouse was asked to provide PCC. I was waiting for my spouse who wasn’t available to do biometrics that’s why there was a big gap between application and biometrics. I spoke to over 8 of my colleagues who applied for HCW visa n they all got it in less than 3 weeks, so I thought it will be the same with mine
