Free shipping is an Economy shipment and if sent to Speedaf, you will have to visit their office to pickup and if you want delivery, you will have to pay. But standard shipping sent to them, will be delivered.

Does Speedaf use private logistics company for home delivery?

I think they do sometimes, just to ensure items are delivered on time. I have had such experience, though the courier first shakara me but got my item that day.

Yes. But the last time i called for delivery, they told me the service is not available. I told them i will pay on delivery and they said for now not available. I just had my friend help pickup.

Customs clearance has no specific time/day. So you've got to wait till your item gets cleared
