Until people get it before I can say anything. They had a similar job seeker visa they launched few years back and all the people I know who applied for it got refused

Overall refusal rate is high for Africans. In other countries it's 100 percent. It's so bad that BBC even did a documentary a few years back and wrote an article. What you see is survivorship bias that when someone makes it they make it news whereas the other hundreds who didn't make it hide in shame

I also relocated fully to California, U.S at 40. Try not to allow anyone into your plan except God. Many will say things to make you feel stupid and be able to change your mind. Be focused and prayerful and things will work out well for you but be careful which country you decide to go cos it's not so easy in some countries like it is where I am here. Choose wisely.

They practice it but not as much as it is done here in Nigeria. I have relatives abroad who work different jobs even in their 70s. One is a dentist while the other is a pharmacist. They practice in the US and still change jobs without restrictions unlike here. I also have an uncle in his late 60s in Australia who still actively does his cab and security jobs while his mates here are either dead or confined to a room.

That your uncle must be still strong to continue driving taxi

A senior colleague at work relocated to the USA 3yrs ago @46. Although he has a wife and two children here, he relocated alone in the first instance. I think he has a small extended family over there tough. He told me he is working to see how his family will him there in the US at some point in the nearest future...

Your chances of express entry is slim except you have french knowledge.

Please, kindly go through what I wrote, I said it's not so easy in some countries like people think but it's fine here with me. I've been enjoying my daily activities here. No worries whatsoever. I only meant he should be careful to know much about wherever he's relocating before moving. I meant well for him.

I can smell some unscrupulous elements on this thread trying to scam some novice with Canadian 1.8m visa. There is nothing like visa package anymore don’t let people who don’t know the way to the airport scam you. Study route is the fastest way to Canada.
