Tricycle Rider in Kano, Bala Abdulrahman Commended for Honesty and Exhibiting Good Conduct

In what appears a twist to the portrayal by some people, of the public should note that there is exception as on 14/06/2023 at about 1330hrs (1:30pm), Bala Abdulrahman who is a Tricycle rider and resident of Gunduwawa, Gezawa LGA reported himself at Fagge Police Division, Kano that while he was on his business of riding his Tricycle, saw a suspicious item in a black leather by the roadside along Kwanar Dawaki in Dawakin Kudu LGA, found and picked the item where he found some amount of money, hence, delivered it to the Police.

2. It is on this note that the Police is inviting anybody who might have lost his/her money, especially around Kwanar Dawaki Axis to come to the office of the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bompai Police Headquarters Kano to establish proof of ownership or call the following GSM Numbers; 07033093437 or 08099893959.

3. The Police Command has already commended the Samaritan whose good conduct is worthy of emulation and called on the good people of the State to continue to cooperate with the Police and report any suspicious person(s), movement or item(s) to the nearest Police Station.

The Police too should act honorably by surrendering the money to its true owner when he/she shows up.

Not that a police officer who has access to some stuff possibly in the money bag that can be used to confirm ownership of the money will go and leak it out to his goons who will then use that info to claim the money... Or owner will be told that the money has been moved to Force Headquarters as possible exhibit in an ongoing armed robbery investigation .. That's if dem no arrest person claiming the money and label him an armed robbery suspect
