Walk into a DHL or UPS office near you
*if you did not do biometrics in Abuja you'll need to pay Transmission fee.

Attach into a brown envelope.
1. Print out of PPR email.
2. Two port photos. (Ensure that you follow the specification provided in the PPR mail).
-Not older than 6 months
-In Canadian PR dimension (refer to photo chart)
-detailed copy with the name and DOB of the person at the back. Below that, write or stamp the Name
& address of photo studio with date photo was taken.
-A second copy for each person is left plain
3. Height and eye colour info. (There is a height and eye colour chart section in your PPR email. You can print that page and fill).
4. International port.
5. Two CVAC form (fill only page 2 of the form).
6. Your Name, Address, Email & Phone Number on a sheet of paper.

VFS stopped the 2 way thing last week.
They've also reviewed their price.

So do one way.
They won't answer you even if you do the 2 way until you either come walk in or use their courier services

Please how did you explain in your LOE because this thing is giving me high BP right now. we actually went for a training before the plenty partying. The certificate was added as part of education in my personal history. That certificate is important to me so i cannot leave that part out. I would have just insisted they stamp my port, didn't think it was an issue at all

My hubby had a similar experience. In his own case, his port was stamped to enter into Benin Republic by road. Thereafter, he travelled from Benin to Togo and from Togo to Ghana by road. His port was not stamped because he was part of a team that was led by a military convoy (this was during COVID 19 era). He flew out from Ghana back to Nigeria and his port was stamped. We explained all these in the LOE. And everything turned out fine. Please note that withholding information from IRCC can easily be taken as misrepresentation. So it is always better to lay everything out. Moreover, travelling (especially by land) without one's port being stamped is an occurrence in other parts of the world (a Google search will convince you). It is not peculiar to Africa. So my advice is that you explain in your LOE.

However, my port was not stamped upon entry to and exit from (insert name of country).
