I doubt if you are truly a medical practitioner. A medical practitioner as acclaimed by you won't drop his/her moral standards far enough to say something bad or unpleasant like this. Can't imagine any learned person would stoop so low to act like this.
U expect me to hug him and sing 🎶 kumbaya after he insulted me? Does being a doctor make me susceptible to swallowing insults? I don’t understand. Even if you’re a patient if u misbehave I will change it for you. Most people see doctors as too cool therefore want to ride on them. Not all of us !

Congratulations, you have just rediscovered the concept of "Economic productivity" - being rich isn't just about how hard you work, but about how well you use the time you're busy working. It's in the latter department that Nigeria ranks near the bottom of the world rankings.
The main determinants of economic productivity are investment in human and physical capital: "human capital" is a fancy way of saying skills and education, while physical capital is determined by the total level of savings and foreign investment. Most Nigerian governments have been indifferent about building up human capital where it counts the most - at the primary and secondary levels - while setting up ever more underfunded "universities" whose students lack the resources to master the subjects they should be studying. That's how you end up with the barely literate hordes who fill up this forum with their ignorant and illogical rantings.
As for physical capital, Nigerians are too poor to fund all the needed investment through taxation, which leaves either borrowing or foreign investment. Hostility to foreign investment - in the name of "self sufficiency" and protection from alleged "exploitation" - has been one of the few constants of Nigerian government policy since the 1970s, while with Buhari we have already reached the limit of what can be gained from foreign loans, so where does that leave us?
The fact that few Nigerians know let alone care about all of the above is behind all the nonsensical complaining about the lack of "palliatives" offered with the withdrawal of the fuel subsidy. The typical Nigerian is too short-sighted to care that the "palliatives" he or she wants so badly will have to come at the cost of the kind of investment which will grow the economy to the point where nobody needs "palliatives" anymore. Nigeria remains a poor hellhole of a country because most of its citizens have no concept of delayed reward or sacrificing for the future. That is why they are cursed to continue to "work" so hard while producing so little of value.
if this epistle is endorsing what the guy you quoted said, then I disagree. Productivity is associated with high supply and drives prices down. Also to note is that working hard doesnt guaranty being productive. Most poor farmers till the ground all day but few automate and mechanize, and are billionaires from same farming. In fact Nigerians are well paid going by productivity level.

The poor youths flaunting 3 cameras are only starving themselves and enriching the whites. Small girls everywhere who can not defend their phones are only showing up to people who thinks like them.
How are they enriching the white?
Nigeria poor naa. iPhone probably might just be selling its 0.01 percent of all produced phones in Nigeria. Whereas, 2 year olds in America get iPhones
Africa is poor and they are not a market for any international reputable brand.
How many people dey wear real Nike?
Na fake full Nigeria. In fact no reputable brand want to sell their products in Nigeria, that’s why you see Chinko everywhere

Nigerians work more than Americans that do 2 jobs ? Nigerians with all their Christian and Muslim holidays plus democracy day and boxing day plus Wike imposed public holidays work more than Americans ? America 🇺🇸 with a population of 300+ million with 4% unemployment rate work less average hours than Nigeria with 40% unemployment with 200+ million people ? please this stat doesn’t add up EXCEPT they want to say being alive is a job in Nigeria 🇳🇬 🤣
People do two jobs in Nigeria too. I do two jobs, one of them being an American company. Apart from the fact that they don't have much public holidays like we do, there's no way any American works longer in a given day than an average banker in Nigeria.

Insightful… I love your analysis… Nigeria’s purchasing power is very very weak…with the increasing population, how do you think this problem can be solved or managed ?

Abeg my advice be say, make you no put hand for wetin you no go fit afford, things come & go. If you can't afford something now, always know that you can possibly afford something better than that in the future. No dey pressure or worry yourself about some certain things.
So take life easy & live a very simple life.

Some major African countries such as South-Africa, and Ghana are missing on the list though.
Op you failed in mathematics. That phone is close to #950 000.
Minimum wage in Nigeria is #30 000 and some earn half of that monthly.
Assuming we work with#30k it will take 2 years and 7 months to raise it.

But you're a professional.. Sometimes you just don't represent yourself alone by your actions but also your profession.
