Have you tried the local dwarf goat. Ie the igbo goat? They move around your compound sourcing their food themselfs especially if you have plants, orchid, grass around. Omo, we had some, cooked one of them, the strong goaty smell, you cannot believe. My daughter no gree chop. Used it to make soup and stew, the whole compound was smelling goat. We made peper soup with too. I am not exaggerating, for 1 week my fingers were smelling goat. Forget the skin, na the highest!
My eastern paddy said that was original local goat, not the Hausa one.

Few fishes have more controversy than Chemically farmed cultivated fish especially high on the dangerous pesticides farmed fish scale, are notoriously China farmed fish.
China Salmons, and fishes from China are generally unsafe.
Which wild ones? You cannot compare a Salmon fish caught in the wild with a chemically farm fed Salmon. Wild caught pacific Salmon is the healthiest in comparison to chemically fed farmed fish.
Omega 3 fatty acid--rich fish found in Salt-water swamp eg Cod liver fish, Sardines, Salmons, Mackerels, Herring, etc are classified as Oily fish good for the heart. Every fish must not be Oily fish. Does not make the fish dangerous so far as its not chemically farmed in overcrowded fish farms.

Growing up l ate Tilapia organically fed from the village local fresh water swamp . Fish and seafood in the lower food chain are generally healthier than larger seafoods at the top of the food chain.

Chemically raised farmed fish in overcrowded spaces as well as Chemically raised, industrial non-organic , non grass fed Antibiotics laden Meat🥩 over supermarket counters in this modern chemical ridden life, are a major health concern
