Chudiogams:So let me break it down. Your nominated occupation requires a minimum AQF BSc degree. Your degree from Madonna university will be classified as an AQF associate degree or diploma. Your MSC from will be classified as an AQF MSC degree. Since your MSC meets the minimum requirement, it will be used as meeting the AQF requirement of a minimum BSc degree. Your nominated occupation requires a minimum BSc degree in a relevant field of study and a minimum of 1 year post qualification work experience. Since your MSC qualification in social science is not in a relevant field of study, you will need 3 years post qualification work experience (i.e work experience after your MSC) to get a positive skills assessment. In your case, you only have 2 years of relevant work experience after your MSC, hence, it will result in a negative assessment. So Tunlex is right. Hope this helps. 2 Likes |

Hello house. I’m looking to start the immigration process to Australia. I’ve got over a decade of experience in Quantity Surveying. Would really love to ask Quantity Surveyors in this forum who have gone through the process some little questions here and there. Please assist. Thank you

Hello everyone, thanks for sharing on this platform. I sincerely appreciate the s as well. Please I would like to know if there is a chance of getting a positive assessment. B.tech Agricultural Engineering 2010 M.sc Water Science and Engineering with specialization in land and water development for food security. 2019. Currently working as an Agricultural extension extension officer for 2 years. Can I get a positive assessment if I apply to me nominated as Agricultural consultant with similar job description on VETACCESS. Your opinion is highly appreciated. |

DonCorleoni:Hi, Can you ask specific questions? Have you gone through AIQS website? Their requirements and process? |
tunlex01(m): 2:01pm On Apr 24, 2023 |
yemioke: Check Vetassess information sheet for agricultural consultant and be sure you meet the requirements on the information sheet form Vetassess website. You should also check if your JD tally more with Agricultural consultant than Agricultural Engineer. But since you work as an extension worker, it's more like consultant. |

Hello, Please what level of skill will someone that finished from school of nursing( RN) fall under? Is there any chance for any skill migration visa? Thanks |
InnFocus(m): 3:53pm On Apr 25, 2023 |
Pls, With a 5 year degree in Food science and 2 years experience in the food industry (1 year brewer & 1 year QC officer @ bottling company). Will this suffice for a skilled visa as Food Technologist ANZSCO 234212 The description of the Food Technologist role as described by the Australian immigration website doesn't match both of my job descriptions as much as I would like. |

Hi Guys, I am currently staying in a 1-bed apartment in Brunswick, Melbourne and my lease will be ending soon. Is there anyone needing to rent, I can speak to the leasing agent for him/her.

tunlex01(m): 12:21pm On Apr 26, 2023 |
tobbyabk:the process is a bit streamlined for nurses. You either practice in the UK first and move to Australia or get New Zealand license then apply to Australia for jobs with that or you go through your spouse if you are married. |
tunlex01(m): 12:28pm On Apr 26, 2023 |
InnFocus:If the JDs don't fit what you do, then stay clear of Vetassess and look for occupation that align. If not, ensure they are aligned to food technologists JD. You can also do a Skilled Assessment (SAS) with Vetassess to know if your documents will be assessed positively or not. It's $211 and it's cheaper than paying $962 and getting a negative assessment |

PaPxM: 7:02am On Apr 28, 2023 |
PaPxM: @Tunlexo1 and @Belong. Please advise if TRA has fast track application option. I want to use that option, all my documents are ready for assessment. Thank you |
tunlex01(m): 2:26pm On Apr 28, 2023 |
felixzo1:Nothing has been confirmed yet. they are just proposals and lots of interpretation. It's most likely going to be for employer sponsored visa. |
tunlex01(m): 2:26pm On Apr 28, 2023 |
PaPxM:TRA does not have fast track |
