Good afternoon house , a friend of mine is in a delima ,his present brp would expire on may 3rd but his port has expired and the new one he applied for the collection date is may 16. He has been given COS but he can’t apply for tier 2 brp without a new port and brp expires before he gets his new port.
House please what can he do?

You can use Pay4me app. And you can check the previous page. Someone dropped how you can pay the sevis fee there

As you tell your story, ensure that you discuss the research experience you have acquired no matter how easy/simple you think it maybe.
Also, tell your story in such away that will show that you have been doing something since you graduated, i.e don't leave any year in between. For instance, you can't graduate in 2015 and you are applying in 2023 without stating what you have been doing and how it concerns your study.
