My application for partner visa was refused. I want to start proof of funds for another application which is 6.5m in my . Do I need to run proof of funds in my husband’s to show his money too, just mine is fine. My husband is in the UK already since January.

Please always use a separate as a dependants and if by any chance u want to use the same , make sure you have enough to show your husband's money is intact n yours but to avoid complications you a separate

Very well. They will ask you to pay some percentage n some additional documents then they will give u your cas after confirmation usually takes a week .
Portsmouth university is ok but accommodation na wahala and job scarcity for students because of 20 hrs limitation.

The school will indicate....June is always the latest month for payment for September session, some is earlier.

But I was disturbed when I read about the 6months validity period.She applied for renewal few months ago,but up till now, nothing yet. just to clarify something pls, The 28days bank will be ready by March 15, while her port expires June 13. She can go ahead to apply, but when the Visa is out,, she wuould need the new one to travel. I think this sort of issue has been treated on the thread before.

Because you submitted the old CV and only have ref letter for the new job.

Submit the ref and employment letter for the new job, submit an updated CV reflecting the new job and a cover letter to explain what you have submitted and the changes that have happened

Generally you won't need to submit a CV and a cover letter but this is just to clarify things with ECO incase she/he/they decide to look at the previous CV you submitted in your application

Please everyone come to my aid😭😭I m depressed right now,I got this now .The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please provide the following documents:

Statements covering dates 15/08/2022 - 24/01/2023 for your bank ****5097 and your spouse's bank ****9674.

Please send this document as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to: [email protected] quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox™ or Google Drive™.  Please also include a translation of the document provided if it is not in English or Welsh.

You had asked this question previously in the general visa groups and I responded, however you seem to have changed the question so I'll respond accordingly

Your maintenance funds can be in your however the ECO will request for the evidence of your husband's maintenance funds perhaps from the date he applied till now to confirm the funds are not recycled

If that happens you can provide the balance of his and all invoices/receipts of fees,rent and bills paid to balance out his end

your maintenance funds is for your use in the UK

The ECO has requested for the evidence of maintenance for herself and her spouse for those dates to ensure the funds were not recycled and that the POF were not fake arrangements made these days


We will keep seeing more of these request to tackle POF fake arrangements, borrowed funds or as people call it "run POF"

She should provide the documents requested or sit back and wait for a refusal

CVs are a minor evidence and may be excluded,if you have a study gap focus on major evidence of your activities,in this case your employment and reference letter will be perfect

It should show the maintenance funds and any tuition balance like the MA showed during his application.however,if he has paid more tuition fees and rent etc then submit those evidence plus bank statement showing the rest of his funds
