In a rerun, a candidate only requires a simple majority to emerge winner. It's in the constitution.

This is a nice analysis but you can't make up your own laws.

It's looks petty but that's the law. No leading candidate has gotten less than 25% until today. So we'll see if INEC will overrule it like it overruled itself on the use of BVAS.
