Inec broke the law , there is no manual transmission of result in the electoral act as amended what is there is simple that election results shall be transmitted from the bivas to inec portal electronically and it wasn't done , it should be cancelled immediately whatever fake manual result they are announcing we won't take it because it's fake and violated electoral law already.
