I have a pay a non-refundable fee of 1k CAD which will be part of my first semester school fees to book my space. And I was giving 30days to make this payment or I loose my spot.

Very normal. Some schools ask for as much as 10K CAD. But it's refundable under special circumstances.

It depends on the duration of your programme. You should be able to acquire enough or acceptable language skills at the end of a two-year programme.

Besides, I think one can decide (if criteria are met) to move to other provinces after PGWP. Dig online to confirm this info, but I think so.

Why not leave your family behind to you later, so you can maximize your chances. Or part of family goes with you. Unless you have stronger home ties.

Good evening house, please I need help and it's urgent. I'm a first timer here. I applied for MBA with my family. Myself and hubby went for biometrics 6th of Feb and on the 9th of Feb our medical and biometrics was ed but my hubby biometrics was ed in the 14th of Feb and it was only his medical that was ed on the 9th. Here is where the problem lies, 2018 October my hubby tried to apply for Canada PR through an agent with few of his colleagues at work, along the line it was discovered that the agent was a fake and the visa given to them was actually a fake visa. That very year when they got to lekki vfs, out of about four of them it was only my hubby that wasn't given the print out they were meant to take along for the biometrics, mean while the agent was with them at lekki vfs, so my hubby asked his own as he was told he won't be able to do the biometric without the print out, so the agent went him to speak with one of the state's over there handling the biometrics and hubby wasn't aware of what they discuss but after a long while he was eventually allowed to do the biometrics and by the time the visa came out, it was discovered to be a fake one which eventually spoilt their port and hubby just find a means of getting another port done. When they tried to investigate the whole process it was discovered that the visa was refused but no one knows how the agent got a fake visa vignette he put on their port. Later my hubby's colleagues got a visa refusal mail but only my hubby was unable to get any refusal mail just like he couldn't get the document for his biometrics. When he was trying to know reason he was the only person who didn't get refusal mail, it was discovered that the agent didn't apply for him and he did biometrics. So the whole thing was confusing and we just forget about it. Now, this is where I need help, by the time our biometrics this year february was ed, my husband biometrics was traced back to that 2018. The one he did 2018 October 5 was the one that was showing on the portal while mine was showing 6th february. Meanwhile we didn't declare any canada refusal except for the UK refusal we declared. Please house what do you think we can do. How do you think we can go about this as we don't know what is at the back end and what they might have seen in their data base. PLEASE OO HOUSE HELP ME.We are can't even reach the agent again to ask him few questions in other to know what mail to send. We are totally confuse right now

This is my 3rd application. Actually, I did not know today is my day of testimony or this application will be approved. I even started my master's in Nigeria already because I have lost every hope after 2 denials.

Let me add this, I did not submit my soa bcuz it is just school fee and upkeep allowance from my father that enters it so there is nothing hefty in my so I was told not to submit it

I dedicate this approval to God almighty and my family. Appreciation also goes to @Sopwriter. This man really helped me with advices. He called me with his airtime and guided me from A to Z.

To other hopefuls, please don't give up because that last try may be where the testimony is. I started my master's in Nigeria already and today I am rejoicing

And so we couldn't declare the refusal cos we already forgot about the incident. What do you advise. We have been trying to reach the agent but all to no avail. Hubby tried to trace back on his mail and laptop some information and document that was used that year but while we are trying to do all our search it was said that the agent did not actually apply for my hubby that year and my hubby's application is not in their data base.
