I submitted every true documents we have and our kids birth certificates carrying both our names, chats, bank transactions between us, photographs, sworn affidavit of change of name, newspaper publication, sworn affidavit of traditional marriage, yet I got this mail below.

Please if you have gone through something like this or have an idea of what else I can do as we don't have a registry certificate, kindly give your input too. MA is in the UK already so we can't even do a sharp sharp registry marriage

I don't think so. The only accepted IELTS for skilled worker migration is IELTS UKVI General and can't be used for Academic Purpose. Also, The IELTS UKVI Academics is only for Academics and can't be used for Skilled worker migration.

My only advise is to keep searching and keep applying. I do not believe in paying agent for COS whether genuine or fake. People have gotten and are still getting COS via direct application. Don't let anyone scam you.

No issues, they just want to comfirm some details u submitted. And what are the docs u submitted to the embassy .

It really depends on what you intend to do. For skilled worker (not Healthcare route) UKVI General will suffice (I’m a sponsor and my candidate did this test and I’m using an immigration lawyer to help me through this process). However, if you intend to go into healthcare that requires “professional registration” then some UK organisations may require UKVI Academic.

Just got to the uk today as dependant and was asked why im in the uk...I told the oyibo say i come my wife ooh kilode! He asked how long we have been married, i told the man and he asked for marriage certificate oooh...ah na so i search my hand luggage e no dey (i ed i kept it in my checked in luggage) what i only say was court affidavit of marriage and he saw my kids were mentioned in the affidavit, that one led to another question...where are ur kids? I told him they are in Nigeria and he asked who are they with...i replied: they are with my mum...he went further to ask how i will sustain myself financially ah! I told him my wife is working and i will get a job as well and i have been applying from my home country, he asked what work is she doing and if I have gotten a job offer already...i said not yet still applying, he just gave me back my docs and stamped me in.

The questions were too much abeg!

You're right with your own argument that IELTS for UKVI Academic is needed for professional registration; we're also right by trying to enlighten you that IELTS for UKVI both Academic and General are acceptable for the Skilled Worker visa/Healthcare visa, as long as it's IELTS for UKVI.
While IELTS for UKVI General is used solely for visa purposes, IELTS for UKVI Academic has the added advantage of being used for both visa purposes and acceptable by most, if not all, UK universities for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Since the first person said he needed advice on which IELTS test to take which s/he could use for either Skilled Worker visa or for studies, we are of the opinion that s/he may wish to take IELTS for UKVI Academic for both purposes.

Rwanda Air Allows you 2 23kg luggage and 1 10kg Carbin luggage. Anything that exceed that comes with charges . i use them first week of Feb and the journey was smooth
