Simple questions, you cannot answer. The person u want to send it to asked you where you get it, you cannot answer.
Baba nothing like guarantors form for immigration. If they request for guarantors form they would made it available on everyone portal

But, there's need for Guarantor form after yu successfully the exam and when yu go for physical screening, if yu don't have a fill guarantor form they'll send yu away.
