That generalization though. Every province has cities or towns that are family oriented.

To talk about a proper family oriented location , I won't actually include Saskatoon or Regina or any other medium size to big city as per Canadian standards.

Having lived in Regina, Swift Current, Moose Jaw Weyburn, less than a week in Saskatoon and Estevan, in my opinion, the best places that are more family oriented are the towns or very small cities (Less than 40k population), but job opportunities are also limited in those places.
