Having a life of both worlds isn't a bad idea though. The most insanely great part is having the funds to go round the world, visiting many countries at interval. Then come back to Nigeria again for recess.

But you can only get this opportunity fully if you already have the bucks, have a big and booming business in Nigeria or overseas and if you are a corrupt Nigerian politician or the kids of a Nigerian politician.

Cheaper? Not true. Raw food is very cheap (in the UK at least) and that includes everything from rice (about £1 for a KG) and potatoes to meat , especially chicken which is dirt cheap (like 4 pounds for a full one).

The only thing that might make it easier is that in Nigeria there’s less processed food options being heavily marketed in restaurants (McD burgers and co) and stores (frozen pizzas etc) but that’s a matter of self discipline not the location.

But with discipline, it’s way cheaper and easier.
Yeah but ready made/fast food is also cheap and quicker. The convenience of it is what makes it easier to fall into the junk food trap.

In Nigeria I can also get a decent meal for cheap and QUICKLY instead of McDonald’s etc that like you said, aren’t as marketed in Nigeria as abroad.

Don't be deceived, Nigerians are going through hell and suffering abroad, most can't come back because they don't have money for a flight ticket!!!

Stop being unpatriotic and stay back to rebuild Nigeria.

Is that why there is 600,000 deaths a year from heart disease in the US mainly from eating processed foods. Plus another 600,000 a year from cancer, I pity you thinking eating highly processed GMO food and blowing up is enjoyment.

Not a lie, Cuz everything can be costly Abroad but not Food. with an avg minimum wage of $10/hr in the US, if you work 10hrs a day and get $100, I think you're settled for the month in of food and fooding stuffs. The only stress abroad is cost of house rent, tax, compulsory insurance and bills here and there. these are what eat 60-70% of ur money
$100 per day is about $3,000 per month. $3000 for one month for usa is poverty. Very deep poverty

My neigbour, a woman who travelled abroad to visit her son who got married to a white woman. She was there for just 4 months. When she came back to Nigeria, she has grown fat.

She was a thin black woman in Nigeria, but within four months stay in abroad, she has turn fatty and abit fair in complexion.

Na So Abroad Life Be?

Possibly. If you love to eat and you can tolerate abroad food like hamburger, fried chicken and other cheap food you'll most certainly bloat up especially if you're not walking as exercise.

If Nigerian govt is good with statistics, ours would be 6million per year.

Lol an average Nigerian that hasn't traveled before always over-estimates "abroad" in their imagination. as if it's another planet and people there breathes in different type of oxygen, Or that white people are such a big deal and much different from us.

Then you finally get there and realize that they also have people that don't shower or brush for days, People who pick their nose and eat it, people who spit on the sidewalk and people who scratch their itchy nyash and balls in public.

Seems you lack comprehension, he said dead from heart disease, as a result of junk foods, processed foods and fries. Our foods here are more healthy. Even their crops there have degenerated in of nutrition.

Haha thank you smiley

Americans are worse when it comes to their processed foods but I get what you’re saying. Tap water in the UK is ‘harder’ than in America, perhaps that’s a factor lol

You’d be surprised if I tell you that majority of American states tap water is not drinkable, that’s why most rely on purified bottled water.

You're right. I think you're like me that carefully selects food. I actually spend much on food because I opt for African food which is more expensive than the processed food which is not good for your health.

I disagree, for one person it’s not poverty but for a family of like 3 year it’s abject poverty.

Also you don’t take 3,000 home… we need to reemphasize this part. That’s gross not take home.
