I ran through her phone number on the search bar, and no issue of scam or anything related popped up. The was also created in 2019 for God's sake and I thought I was thorough with my search.

I wasn't in Abuja at that time, so I decided that someone will do the pickup, and I commits the item with some amount.

I called her on Thursday about someone picking up the item, and she gave an excuse for work on Friday and her line was switched off. She messaged me this morning that Saturday, which is today, will be fine for the pickup.

Unfortunately, all through today her line has been switched off. Funny enough, the moment I paid, I now saw a nairalander warning about her.

Well deleting has validated the claim of her being a scammer.

Prospective buyers of any item should product with personal inspection before payment before we start reading post on how items bought were not delivered and seller suddenly becomes unreachable.

I had thought it was someone she knew in person, she showed me the stuffs and I loved it, sent money to the said ladies , and she confirmed it, later the money was reversed back to my , the said scammer didn't even notice after a day or so, I told my wife to call her attention to this which she did and the scammer called to thank us for being honest and not taking off with her money. On the day of delivery, she deleted her WhatsApp, Number switched off, Facebook deleted, only then did I knew my wife met her off from facebook The thing pain me small sha But what can I do? because of this, my children resolved to wearing what they've got in the house before now. It is what it is, inspect what you're buying in person, don't trust no baga

The reason why we are where we are in this country is because if we hear 'A', we will want to do 'B' instead to see if there are reasons behind not doing it. Well how to know scammers on this thread is actually easy, that is how 1 is telling me that he moved to Abuja and what I wanted to buy is in lagos, luckily the address he posted was close to my work and I request I go to pick up. Then he started coming up with excuse, the moment he reposted the deal on here and I quoted him Baba never repost again for this thread lol. I know someone will still fall for another cheap scam here.
