At the risk of sounding legalistic, you cant give ur tithe to any other place except ur local church where you are been fed the word. Malachi 3 is very clear on that. Also, tithes in the OT were istered by Levi priests (Pastors in our case).
Every giving has its place, tithes, offerings, giving to missions, alms, to parents etc have their place in the scriptures and they should be separated.

The bible make it clear in Deuteronomy 14 vs 28 and 29. And repeated it in Deuteronomy 26 vs 12 and 13 on how and when to pay tight. Most pastors don't like this scripture but it's there.
