Hello, when applying for child dependent visa of someone in UK already, the consent letter during application (3 pages), will it be signed by MA or both parents or the parent that has POF in ? Both parents are in UK already POF is in dependent parent . Thank you for your response in advance

Please, I was able to book my biometrics appointment date but now want to pay for priority, its then asking me to reselect another appointment date, and no good dates are coming forward. Please, is it not possible to from standard to priority without choosing another biometrics date? If its possible, please how can this be done?

You can pay for priority without changing your date. Select priority from “buy” then go to your cart and make payment. With this, it won’t affect your already selected date.

1, My wife is the main applicant and we got married 2021, her port and all other documents are in her father's surname, my question is when applying to schools should we use my surname as "Mrs" or her surname as "Mrs". We only have our marriage cert has proof of been married.

2, She has a child before we got married with another man and the child bears the father's surname, will the different surnames not going to be an issue in our application.

My wife is the main Applicant and I am applying with her under Partner Dependant visa. She has filled me(husband) and kids under "people financially dependent on her" because she has all the fund required in her alone.
My confusion now is that I am filling my Partner Dependant visa application and I am also asked the same question; "people financially dependent on you" Should I fill only my kids or say NO because all the money is in my wife's but the kids are also applying with us together

the question about financially dependent on the visa application form has nothing to do with POF, they just want to know if you have anybody you care for financially like for your kids, your pay schools fees etc or parents you give allowance, these are just examples

Hi, I didn't really get your first question. You might want to rephrase it. As for your second question, is the biological father of the child still alive, if yes, does she have the consent/full custody of the child legally?

It appears that alot of folks are now getting scheduled to have a credibility interview, it wasn't like this weeks back. My question is, is there any correlation with visa type (standard, priority, super priority) and credibility interview?

What I mean is, is there a likely hood that those who are scheduled for credibility interview are those that went for standard? Or is this thing just based on random selection

It's not a random selection, it's based on your study gap.
The interview is to confirm if you're really going for studies the number of student abandoning studies and jumping over to skilled worker's visa is increasing. They're trying to curb it according to a report I read.

I could hardly comprehend what you are saying. They don't pay for cas only deposit and Plymouth don't offer unconditional offer until you fill you precas and your case is your unconditional offer. When was he referred to visa and did he apply through an agent? Can you rephrase please
