We are a family of 4, so SOWP for my hubby and Study permit for my 2 kids.

I've dreamed of typing this a long time. I am a first time applicant. It was a DIY application and although it was full of all the imperfections of a hurried lady, I dropped my application at Gods feet and asked him to perfect it in the sight of the VO.

After I submitted my application I kept sending other things I felt they might need through emails and even a letter of explanation. I am a student In UNN so with exams and all that I've been quite preoccupied but this week I decided enough was enough.

I fired mails to Beijing, new york, Sydney, nairaobi, Kenya and all the countries with an email address. I bolded my emails and sent morning, afternoon, night.

I just want to say thank you Jesus. Thank you father.

as I once read here, ircc will from the bank if the closing balance you submitted tally with the one in your , your dad removing the money before ircc must have been the reason for the refusal!

Okay please are you aware of how quick i can reapply and is the reapplication timeline as lengthy as the first application timeline

They do not have live access to submitted. If you printed out d stmt for submission , they can only confirm from bank if the statement is genuine and likewise confirm if the available balance as at when the statement was printed out was correct with what the bank has on record. But if u had submitted the mbs stmt format , they will do the confirmation by logging into the mbs portal to see what you submitted.
If they need updated balance they wud request for a new statement from u . Bank cannot give them information beyond what you submitted

My frnd’s wife withdrew large part of the money in her after she printed out her bank MBS and submitted her SP application. She got approved , she’s studying in Canada now

Good evening guys so my agent sent me my refusal pdf this evening and said it’s a POF issue, the I submitted is my dads Ivorian business which had roughly 20m naira when you convert the cfa to naira. My agent claims that the closing balance as at the time of application wasn’t there during verification, well I wanna ask if the IRCC actually has access to know an ’s balance at anytime. My dad confirmed that he used a good amount of the money for some business deals hoping to deposit it soon.

I just got my cas for my ission in UK and at the stage to apply for study visa to UK having paid my tuition fees. I am considering requesting for refund of my fees but I see from the school site that there must be tangible reason to request for refund e. g Visa refusal, I have not been refused UK Visa yet because I have not even applied. Visa application fee is too high for an application that has very slim chances of success. It will be double pain to proceed with the Visa application and be rejected and the school seemingly not ready to make refund without a concrete reason.

What did you do wrong in your application that led to d ban?
IMO, I think u shd go ahead and apply for the UK, they are givin visa to almost everybody provided you have the requested amount of POF in ur acct for 28days and also make partial or full tuition deposit. Since the sch won’t refund your tuition deposit unless u are being refused visa , then it’s better u apply.

1: if your sch and course require co-op work placement then you should have a letter indicating that included with ur LOA
2: It means digital port photograph, u can take it with ur phone, just check the requirement for it
3: your SOP and every oda ing docs u want to package with ur app can go into the client information section .. u can use webform to submit ur medical

Please what should I do, because of the false alarm or whatever someone raised here some days ago about DHL not doing two ways again for port, I sent my port with one way option. Now I don't even know what to do.

Yes I am having similar issues. Submitted my port on the 27th October 2022. I got vfs notification saying my processed port has been sent to VAC Abuja office on the 17th November 2022 and till now it hasn’t been returned. Any update from anyone?
