The council no longer corrects Date of birth errors..you will need to get an affidavit.

If you can find the waec press release about their stand on date of birth errors..attach it as well and mail it to your school with the affidavit and birth cert. That should work.

Not when your pof isn’t lower than what’s required. You can add 200/250k. I believe the rate would drop.

Learnt a lot from following this thread and here to share my experience to also help and encourage others. Got 5 schools in September but wanted my spouse to school to enable me work, even though she had previously done MBA in Uk but was online, now wanted to do master in social work. Coventry made a case of progression and successfully defended it with UKVI and gave her ission but later started internal delays, we gave up waiting and requested for refund because we already paid 8k pounds as deposit......and were refunded after 7weeks. I then applied and was waiting for my spouse to try again for January 2023, when it was obvious it wasnt gonna be successful, i decided to meet the condition of my offer and pay deposit!!!

Application date: 15th September.
Conditional offer: 20th September.
Conditions for offer met and deposit payment: 24th October.
Unconditional offer received and place confirmed: 25th October.
CAS received: 26th October.
Visa Application: 26th October ( applied same night i got the CAS, no waiting)
Biometric: 31st October ( luckily saw a regular slot on 31st and not even VIP)
Visa out: 4th November ( 4 days after biometrics!!! Yes you read that right, i met conditions for offer and was holding my visa just 1 week later, Miraculous!!!)

Note: Family of 4, POF was not even in my as the applying student, was in my spouse's because we used hers for previous application and there was no time to start transferring to my and waiting for another 1 month.

If it's Bradford, I followed them up with mails after sending my POF and TB test result. I will advice you to do the same

Go to the court and swear an affidavit stating clearly the WAEC and International port DOB discrepancy. Additionally, ask any lawyer you know for Notary office and also get Notary affidavit clearly signed and sealed, stating the discrepancy and then aligning and stating the correct one. Scan and send to the school and you are covered. to attach both letters during your visa application. Goodluck

Any one of you can get a closer date while others do walk in with the person same date but make sure others too has a date, I mean just book them with any date. While You pay for the walk in there.

Thanks I was not careful enough to notice that. I have change it to another day which is 7:45am but assisted service even though I didn't really need any assistance, just to get closer date for biometric

It’s better to go for full time. Most schools don’t give part time ission to international applicants.
