Akure is coming up. Real estates springing up to accommodate growing wealthy and middle class in the state. So many influx from all over Nigeria. We need restructuring to develop at our own pace in Yorubaland.

Ibadan is not bad. It is no mate of many cities in Nigeria. However, most Yoruba feel it's lagging and needs a lot of catching up to do.

Ibadan is a big city; largest in Nigeria. So it has its fair share of good and bad areas like other modern cities across the world too. Our South Eastern brother, Afam, toured some part of the city.

You are doing well. Yoruba is the foremost tribe in Africa, cross border, cross continent.

And the good thing is everyone wants to associate with Yoruba even people from the mud.
