My Visa got approved August 03, but my ission had already been cancelled by my school due to not reporting for orientation before deadline date. I wasn't given option to defer because already deferred twice. I was asked to reapply which I did, but my new application was denied by the school.

My port has been stamped, so I want to ask , will start the whole process of visa application if I get ission from another school? Or will this Visa still be valid?

You can always reapply to the same school and if you have any other choice of course try that because you changing your DLI mean you will have to reapply for another study permit

I think it's best if you send it to the Lagos office for stamping. port stamping isn't as efficient as before in Abuja because of the security alert at the Embassy. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted my port to Abuja office and I still haven't gotten it back.

It depends. They will also consider whether you have a stable income, good job prospects, etc. As long as it doesn't look like you're desperate to get to Canada for financial stability, you can somehow justify selling your property.

For example, you could say that it's an investment in your career and you'll buy even more properties in Nigeria in the future.

To be able to respond to your question you have to provide more details about your application.
1. Are you self-sponsored or you have a sponsor, if you have a sponsor how is he/she related to you?
2. Where there huge or lump sum deposits into the you presented.
3. Have you paid your fees completely or partly?

Provide answers to these then the house can offer guidance.

Can you let us know why they denied you ission? After they have previously given you before. Did you let them know that your visa wasn't ready in time to meet the orientation date or it was virtual and you failed to ? I suggest you appeal to them and tell them that you have everything set to them right away, including tuition fee payment. Because using a different DLI at this point means fresh visa application and trust me you won't want that stress again with the whole backlog that IRCC is currently dealing with.
