I got mine in 2020 without having a UBA . Don't know about now. About the funding, my friend does it for me. I guess it's better to have an with UBA for ease of funding.

But you can still open a Lesotho PayPal that receives.

PayPal is worst. After the 3.9% fee, once the money hit your , another 3.9% fee will be deducted. Just that it is faster. I withdrew $514 last week but I received 473$. Epik is a scam. This is a domain I sold $550 oo
