Hi, you can add your statement of result or transcript and the requirements for a masters program to your SOP explain that with your results you do not currently qualify for a masters program hence you chose to take a diploma course, attach your certificate and your statement of result to your application

My God, finally PPR has dropped, March Applicant.

Timeline:
Applied: March 9th
Biometrics: March 14th
Upfront Medicals: April 5th

June 14th: applied for GCMS Notes

........................... The long wait.
Sent mails to IRCC and MPs. All MPs said they couldn't help because I am not living in Canada.

Sent mails to IRCC requesting that my application be expedited, Nairobi office nor send my mail lol. Abuja sha replied and gave me a special link to raise a webform. I raised webforms tire, still no reply from IRCC.
Raised webforms, got generic responses.

September 1st: I requested for my school to send me a letter stating that I need to resume before September 18th, and that I am a funded research student. Letter arrived that same day.

September 19th: ission was deferred to January start.

The wait was affecting me mentally. Had to take my mind off it to focus on my live.

September 28th: GCMS notes arrived. Says "Recommend Interview".

October 6th: Sent my new ission letter to IRCC stating that my ission has been deferred.

October 17th: woke up with a holy anger and send mails to IRCC requesting that my application be expedited because I think I have been unfairly treated by having to wait for 7months for a visa whereas others are getting theirs in 3 months.

TODAY OCTOBER 20TH: PPR & BVL Dropped.

Yes, it will be cancelled. But in some cases when Fanshawe college revokes one's ission, they will likely reinstate you after paying the deposit but that is a dicey situation, so it is better you politely explain to them to extend the deadline.

Request the GCMS note again, and really look inward to see if there was anything in your past that is haunting your applications. Take your time, make your findings and strategically refire. If you are married, you consider making your wife the primary applicant. For what is what, can you tell us how you address the reasons ( particularly the modest financial?) given in the GCMS notes? Wow, 3rd attempt and still denied. Hope this is not a case of a kind of PROGRAMMED STUFF, that keeps denying application once your name appears on their system. I ed someone sharing an experience similar to yours, until he finally took up the matter with a Lawyer, which made his next application became successful - APPROVED.
