It’s very tricky , people go to the embassy with fake documents and even get the visa, DONT TRY IT , I mean transcripts, bank statements, some get refused and all documents returned, but there are some cases where the embassy keeps some documents to go and you are put on “istrative processing” . If the documents are legit your visa will be issued , if they are fake , you will be banned for life and some cases , arrested and jailed .
Speaking from experience.

It's a normal process for the school to if you have the funds to finance your studies before issuing you the I-20.

It means that you have nothing to worry about (there is funding) if you are accepted into the program. If there is no need to secure a potential supervisor prior to acceptance (check with the program), go ahead and submit your application.

I have been following/ reading the previous threads and I have benefitted a lot from it. God bless you all. Please I have my interview in October and I don't mind ing a group chat for a mock interview. This is my situation: I have applied for US interview twice but I was denied. However, after the second time I started an online class at my school(Oral Roberts University) and I have been attending classes since 2020. Now that I want to get to campus, I changed my program from Healthcare istration (HCA) to Nursing because HCA happen to be a 100% onine program.

Don’t do it. Your ission was for fall, if you don’t have a spring I20, it means you don’t have ission for spring semester. On what basis then do you think you should be issue a student visa without a valid ission? The VO won’t look at your face at all. Coupled with the fact that you’ve been denied before, this screams desperation and that isn’t a good look. Don’t ruin your chances of ever getting an F1.
