Do you have sole responsibility of the children's upbringing.... if yes you need proper papers from the court and with that you are good to go

I opted for priority service (bio on 13,sept) . Nsf email sent Friday 16 sept 2022 . I responded to the nsf email with all docs asked on Sunday 19th . Since then I am yet to hear anything from them . Pls am I gonna get an acknowledgement email that the asked docs has been received ? Pls advice on what I should do next . Latest day to arrive in the Uk as instructed by the school on Cas letter is 3rd of oct.

With NSF requesting for documents you will need to give more time.

You should get an acknowledgement that a document was sent,if you didn't try ing UKVI to reconfirm it was received


Also inform your school on the possibility of a late arrival so they explore the necessary online options with you

You can still use the £20 and £50 ensure they are not paper notes. That will be stopped this month.

I got a nsf mail for my sons’ application to produce a court document showing legal responsibility. I am trying to obtain the document from court but I want to know if my own application will be delayed until the document is produced.
And what will be the implication if I can’t produced because lawyers are saying the order is usually given for a child that is adopted or whose parents are divorced. And not when the parents are still living together

your officer. Chances are that it may have been paid and you only need to ask them for your telex. Some banks too don't confirm on the form A site which is confusing.

Stanbic. I created the for A on the 11th of september.

Yes, you will get an acknowledgement email. But make sure on the subject of the email sent you write just your GWF NUMBER eg GWF26................ . AVOID ADDING ANY OTHER THING ON THE SUBJECT. You will definitely get the acknowledgment instantly.
