No! Once you the required documents, they will review. Mine happened like that. You may need to call your bank for review.
Creating a new one is not advisable. You will a new queue.
Mine took some hours after I ed for it to be reviewed.

The I used my POF,is the same I have my ihs fee and priority visa fee in(around 1.3m and 10m for my pof . Now the issue is that I want to buy forex to pay my ihs and visa fee next week and that’s a transaction of over 1.2m naira ,hope it won’t be an issue for me since the ukvi are probably gonna be monitoring the and it’s a huge transaction?

You have to call access bank customer care to cancel that one first before applying for another one, that was what I was told when I visited the FX section of the bank.
