I'll advise that if you have can afford the expenses of IHS and visa fees for your husband, just let him apply with you. Once he gets his visa, he can always travel in and out of the UK that way.

He will not be under compulsion to stay. Since the UK is highly family oriented, they often want to ensure that both parents are available.

That way, you save yourself the stress of consent letter and tension of how it may affect your application.

Have you tried sending a paid mail or doing a paid call? I did mine on the same day at TLS Ikeja and I have gotten collection mail for both my dependent and I.

Yes I did.

I did biometrics on 12th, priority Visa but no mail till now. Few friends we did same 12th received on 17, 18 and one earlier today. Am so worried

This is hands down one of my most trying and stretching moments.
Bio - Ikeja TLS - 10th August.
First paid mail 7th September. Awaiting decision.
Second paid mail 8th September - Escalated and told me to wait for 15 working days.
Over the wait, I made over 5 paid calls and was told same thing. Awaiting decision. Still at DMC.
At this point, I left it to God and kept myself busy with other things. I also carried my school along so they know the status of things at the UKVI.

19th September - Another paid mail - Decision made. Same day moved to VAC.

21st September- Received by VAC. Collection mail dropped shortly after and port picked up same day.

Hope submitting CAC document that is inactive as study gap will not pose any problem during visa stage

Maybe you weren’t paying for filing of your annual returns, try to pay the backlog and the current year. CAC will reactivate it if it hasn’t been deed.

Back here to state that i ed the visa questionnaire by the university of sunderland. I stated the previous refusals I had and still ed it. It pays to stand by the truth. And am so happy I have never told a lie for once in other to obtain a visa from all the countries o have visited.

So on the application page my course start date and End date was input but when I get to ihs payment and it ask for Expiry date I use the entry expiry and it now bringing 0USD PAYMENT
So my question is do I need to wait for d BRP to know my visa expiry date or my Course start date and end should b able to work

It’s not a second one, apparently the one I thought I had initially ed was not ed properly. So they judged based on the one they received today and that was the one they accepted and marked as . I called them though and only thing they asked is when I had the refusal and I told them in 2012. That was all..
