Right! This Gazzuz guy or what is he called is doing the most, dude was asking for my picture and ID card, in my head I am like why would I even do that? Come check the items and buy, I could give you a written statement of the transaction but my picture? Maka why? The dude was off when I called him via video call, he was acting like Lord of the rings.

I understand the whole “safety” thing but I don’t understand why I would be sending my pictures to potential buyers even ID, this is a digital word where data sells in a black market, anything can happen.

Both transactions above are remote (will send funds and book an E-hailing can to deliver) I do not go to inspect sales under ₦100,000, it's an absolute waste of my time , for transactions that are remote, I always request hand written sales agreements that will match with same I will transfer money too. I also request a copy of an identification card.

I have done this successfully a lot of times.

This will only come up if the seller does not have a receipt for the item being sold. I always want to be on the right side of the law.

Right! But sharing personal data is not safe, what if you cannot even trace where the breach is from, what if you can’t who you gave that information too. What if the breach was not intended? Somehow somewhere someone malicious got hold of your details!!!
