funny enough, I haven't met nor seen those I bought goods from here..... I don't know if it just sheer luck or my instinctive measures that does the trick. When I speak with people, either physically or not, I'll know the type of person they are without being told.

That being said, I believe it's imperative for buyers to assess what they're buying and whom they're buying from....if distance is a hindrance, pls, use an escrow, it'll save u from unforeseen headaches. These scammers are making it hard for honest people to thrive and it's really heartbreaking.

PLS, TRUST NOBODY AND SHAME TO ALL SCAMMERS.

I've sold to some people on NL that'll just credit my while I'm still arranging for a dispatch rider, but some people are just out to tarnish the image of honest online traders. Pls, let's use escrow more to avoid issues such as this. Very pathetic tbh

Never did that. The said lady was chided for BEING RUDE to her customers. That was the only issue I had with her. I knew nothing of where she got her goods until her fallout with numerous thread-mates.

I swear, it's just nauseating, to imagine that someone somewhere is using his God-given brain to think of how to scam people instead of putting it into legitimate means.

The last good I bought on this thread was a laptop and the seller was in Ibadan while I'm in Lagos, after speaking with him on the night he posted the good, u'll just know he's a legit guy and I sent #150k to him the following day before balancing my payment after some days. Yet, the guy still sent my good to me without no escrow or whatever.

The first day I bought goods from futurefocus, I sent money to him even without seeing what I'm buying, it was d following day I picked my good from him.

Scammers are just doodles that leech on honest guys.

Secondly, I made the post here 2 hours after I asked you, via chat, why there was a disparity in price. You read my chat and didn't respond. You did post 2 gas cylinders, but none of them was 20k. And it is quite unusual to see a used 12.5kg cylinder (which I specified I wanted) for sale at 20k

It is your property and you reserve every right to fix any price on it (and I am not desperate to buy. I just need it for spare), but it is wrong to lure people with low prices, only to slam them with higher prices when they chat you up. I've taken several "risks" to get items here too at cheap prices but I shouldn't create a business around buying with the intention to sell it here again as that in my honest opinion defeats the purpose of this thread. when someone d his new Caterpillar safety boot here I bought it cuz I wanted to "use" it. something worth over 50K was sold to me for 12K. now imagine me "taking the risk" to buy it with the intention of advertising it here for 20-30K? someone also just d PS3 for 30-35K and I think it's neat or new. imagine me buying it for the sole purpose of selling it here for 45K? That shouldn't be. I do understand the fact that one can buy something and later resell due to several reasons but buying with the purpose of profit shouldn't be.

The silence of several people here about this is highly disturbing cuz we all know deep within us at least that this reaction wouldn't be the case if this were Uniquewise or 1kbabyshoes, people I observed created a business around this idea too; they were driven away from the thread due to this and now that it's someone more well known and richer(?) there's silence? we might as well close the thread already if this is going to be allowed.
