Dependant application Sept 2
If we're doing the biometrics on 12th
Are we safe to use that same POF for Biometrics? Or you would strongly advise we should print a recent one?

3. We're legally married, and MA(she) still bears her surname on the Application and all documents. Is it cool?

4. I don't seem to get my way around documents, can someone guide us, please?

5. On ing family pictures, what's the best way to do it? We have several wedding and family photos(in pdf and jpegs) How do we go about this?
Also, in text messages and chats, is it cool to use screenshots? Or what's the best way to do it?

You can do it yourself but if you want to go with agents, good luck to you. I got 5 issions without agents.

For VI TLS you cannot do walk-in on a date that's not your appointment. You can only do that as a family where one member of the family has an appointment. Also, if you're going on the 12th or 22nd and one of you plans to do walk-in with the other, please choose the date that has a morning appointment. I think VI has a quota of people they do walk-in for per day. But be on a safe side. Also, keep searching for those dates, you might be lucky to get a closer one.

You are advised to print a new one as the statement you used for CAS is older than 31 days since it was generated at the point of biometrics. Just print a new one.

Proof of marriage is not only binding on change of name. She can apply with her maiden name. Just have enough proof of a subsisting relationship.

What you can do is have the photos ready and insert them into a word document and save in .pdf. This allows you to add as many photos as possible. And for your chats, messages and phonecalls, screenshots are just fine.

1. The typical content of an employment letter should suffice. Employment date, role, salary, etc. You can also with a reference letter from a former superior/supervisor attesting to your employment and your conduct at the job. Other documents can be promotion letters, resignation letters, etc.


2. You don't have to cover all the years in your study gap but cover the bulk of the years and you're good to go. Even NSF mails for study gap always mention that you don't have to provide evidence for all the years but just show the details of your activities during that period.

I did not any flight documents
I also didn't any documents for my finances as the scholarship covered my fees and annual stipend allowance of 16k
As for accommodation, I mentioned that id be staying at the university so that was the address I put on the application form, no extra documents

Need advice can I switch bank to run another Statement for visa application after receiving my CAS..

That's okay.

Maybe things have changed. In 2021, I got a refund for tuition paid via Form A to a school in Finland. When I requested for refund and they asked for details, I provided my Euro . I received the refund in euros. Maybe I was lucky.

Probably your school moved you to January intake, they may consider september too close for since you are yet to make a Visa application.
