U attempted to fund using a one time top up and u were meant to send the exact amount u requested to that which u didn’t. That money will take time to reflect but u will see ur money. They already sent out multiple emails to customers advising against sending the wrong amount to one time top up s. Next time use your NGN to fund, this way u can send any amount u want. Well, u can message them on twitter tho or wait till tomorrow, they’ll reply you.

Just message them on twitter they’ll reply faster. I’ve had this issue with them and Sudo and they were rectified. I hope you funded with your bank mobile app? Just send them the session ID, makes things way faster.

I topped my virtual card with about $100, then bought three domains, they took the money for six domains from the card, I messaged their customer care with evidence of the transactions from their side and the registry but they never responsded. Those guys are big time scammers.

Yeah, this happened some days ago and when I informed they said they were aware of it and that it was being fixed which they did cos I've been using it without issues ever since.

Guys should also note that the is a one time and money sent should tally with what was inputted when generating it.
