Good morning, I am the MA and in U.K. for a year now, how can I and my spouse sign on same document ie consent letter when both of us are not in Nigeria at the moment? if we use my e signature and my spouse signs on it too for our children’s consent letter will it be an issue?
Do I need a separate letter telling UKVI that I give consent for my spouse to come with the kids to U.K.?

You don't need a separate letter, the consent letter signed by you and your spouse (not the UKVI one) should be sufficient

It's entirely up to the ECO to ask for that document

You may wish to prepare like they would . In that case prepare documents to show what you have used your maintenance for, like tenancy agreement, fees paid,bills paid, groceries receipt randomly selected

The list is endless, if they don't then good

Does your sister have sole custody of her daughter declared by the court?

If not your niece will keep getting refused

Tackle that first and then we can sort out the rest of the documents she needs to add for her application

1. What service do you have? Self service or assisted service.

If self you have to the soft copy m,if assisted,go with hard copy TLS will do the work for you.

2. Not a probably, ensure the relevant consent letter on your application is signed and submitted

3.it will depend on No 1. If self service only your port, document checklist and anything you may have missed if assisted service then everything you need to

Ensure you have spoken to your Uni's and explored options of online enrollment and/or late enrollment/or missing classes if you are considering flying on a later date. If possible have that information in writing (emails)

1st ission offer with partial funding: Jan 19, 2022

Visa application submitted: July 26th
Biometrics: July 27th (Ikeja TLS walk-in)

I only ed my TB test and offer letter from the uni, my CAS stated that I was not expected to pay tuition fees and that I had a yearly maintenance of £16k so no need for POF.

Paid call: Aug 15th (decision made)
Collection mail/ Delivery mail: August 22nd
port delivered with vignette sitting pretty: August 23rd
