The thing is you really cannot tell if eligibility has actually begun or not based on the eligibility you see on your portal.
some persons have received PPR same day eligibility started on their portals, meaning eligibility has already started but not updated on their portals.
So back to your question, updating a new DLI on your portal could delay the processing time of the application.

I guess you should take the documents you would have sent with your port if you had to send it via post. You can search on google and youtube you might just find the list documents required.

WHAT I DID DIFFERENTLY

1, I paid my first-semester tuition in my first application. So, for my second application, I paid the second-semester tuition too

2, My spouse deposited 4M Naira (bulk sum) into my for my one-year upkeep.

3, I moved the money from my mutual benefit money market in Stanbic IBTC to a regular in GTB. I explained why I moved it. The money was there in the first application, but I felt the VO was of the opinion that it would not be easily accessible. I showed a trail of how I moved it with bank alerts and stated that the has been in operation for years and all the money was ours, with no bulk payment from outside sources.

Not a must, it can only help fast track your PPR. They will normally request for medicals when they need it

Please the news about IRCC extending the time for online courses from outside Nigeria to be eligible for PGWP, is it true? And how will it affect people who have not applied yet? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? I am just praying it it good for me oh.

Please if you understand what this means please throw more light.
