Who says they are not attending to visit visa...they won't attend to you if you do not apply for the correct visa category..if your wife will be staying permanently with you then you need to apply for sowp not visit..I know someone that got approval for visit visa last week

From the screenshot you published, I could denote that your study permit application is yet to receive a decision - not even internally. The content of the email expresses the MP's inability to expedite your application. Thus, you might want to exercise a little bit of patience and maybe raise an additional webform if you do not receive a decision in a week's time.

i will not state that i have a masters degree, i will only use my bacherlors degree to apply, i would do PHD but skeptical because of how tasking it is.

I would strongly advise you against booking that flight. 3 months before your enrollment date would raise the CBSA officer's suspicion.

Please do not even attempt it. Anything from 4 weeks is fine.

Nothing extraordinary than the obvious which you already implied. I would advise you to raise a webform immidiately. Over 3 months is is a too-long time to be stuck at Background Check.

To cancel a representative, you must complete form IMM5476. To complete the form, select cancelling the appointment of a representative and complete sections A, C and D.
Use the web form or email to send this form to IRCC. The consultant will be removed from your application, and you will be able to link your application to your Mycic (old portal).

If you don’t have any issue with the person, I believe removing an authorized representative just because of the lengthy processing time is unnecessary. You can always ask the RCIC to IRCC on your behalf.

Going by the 6-month length of transaction, the validity of the SOA you submitted is now nugatory. This is likely the reason for the request for an updated version.

Please go ahead and submit a recent SOA. I have experienced this 3 times and all the parties involved were approved. Consequently, I am 80% sure of your approval if you still meet up with your program's financial requirements.

It could be the VO suspected that the was inflated, or due to the lengthy processing, the VO thought that funds were no longer available for your studies.

You can put it in writing just the way you’ve said it on this platform. If they need tuition or something else, they’ll let you know.
