Don’t even stress yourself, they will find out sooner or later and will bounce you out. It’ll be very painful if this happens at the final stage, do not go through all that stress for nothing.

There's no need to be worried where questions will come from

Go with your calculator and pen plus ID and email print out.

Don't go with your phone as you won't be needing it, it's just an hour test and you're done.

Don't panic, na simple test.
Look at the options carefully and the questions too.

Providing your credentials do not correlate with the said age you used for application, you will be bounced back during document screening so please do not go through all the stress for nothing. Except your credentials bear the same age with the one you used in filling the application.
