You are fine, nothing is wrong with ur phone. the latest Samsung UI is always transparent on the notifications. If you look well you'll notice the colors are from the icon. That's how the UI is

Maybe yours doesn't have it. Do a quick YouTube or Google check for how to lock apps tho. A lot of apps can do it for you.
