I don't believe they do. statements is what I used

The school gave me one but I still got no.8 refusal so wondering what else could be added to that for appeal.
I was told booking.com no longer works for accomodation though. Is that wrong?

You can get one, but its not easy to get. Besides, not every bank issues Credit card.

There is no specified means of POF on their website, so whichever one you can go with should be ok.

The screenshot you post is for last year. There has been an update since January. Go check the polish website and always check there till you go for interview because requirements can change anytime.
