If only all these blue chip companies could just have like a branch for internship purposes, where they train graduates and it's likes before inculcating them into the system, it will do alot of good. The experienced candidate they are looking for, gain their experiences from other companies or establishments that took time to train them. No one is born with experiences, it is not part of our DNA, experience is developed, it is practically taught and nurtured.

ManAustin:The mistake you are making is this. The companies don't give a "FFFF" about you!!! You are not their child. If you want to really work in that company, go and target a staff that is already working there and beg that guy to teach you. Make friends with him. Stalk him. Find his church, mosque wherever. Find the person. Let him use his mouth to tell you what the company does. Then YOU go and learn it. Later, you will have confidence to work in that company. You can't just be sitting at home, watching your phone and expect bluechip company to pick you and teach you everything. 1 Like |
