1. If it is regulated by CBN then that's all that matters,how does your friend know they can't be reached?

2. The address is not relevant although it's good everything matches up

3. Can you look at the first page and check the necessary links, I know visa fees is £363.

Options of paying will be your debit card( people have advised dorm cards)
Not sure if flutterwave and the likes are still available
Or someone paying on your behalf (please ensure it is someone you trust)

Do an affidavit for peace of mind. Also, newspaper publication can be fast tracked. If you start now, both can be out by Tuesday next week. Pay for assisted service and have the documents ed during your biometrics (I’m assuming you want to book a date for your biometrics as soon as possible hence the recommendation for assisted service)

Please did you submit SCB bank statement for proof of funds?
If yes, did you use the version from the app or hard copy printed at the branch?

Honestly I can't the rate. But it took about a week and a half. But note that they could be having issues with CBN. You know from 2023 they want to stop Form A and go to black market rate and apparently they have started reducing the rate at which they give it out now to start implementing the process. So most people are trying to pay as much of the fees as possible. It's not confirmed from CBN but you never know

You dnt need change of name certificate.
In the UK and western world u are not mandated to change your name because of marriage. Nobody cares. The certificate is fine along with proofs of genuine relationship.. those are the main definers of marriage
