Medical is tied to geographical location. There are some countries if you live there, you do not need to do medicals. I will advise the OP to go do medicals especially if he has been living in Nigeria for 6 months.

Sincerely you guys are the ones who are not clear and need to read properly. Medical is tied to geographical location and it cannot be argued. But if individual here chooses to be in an unsure situation rather than just spend a 50k or less to secure a visa it is entirely up to such an individual.

It's not wrong information, some countries do not require medical, e.g UAE, Brazil and alot more.
