Open a domiciliary and collect credit card from the bank. Source for dollar from black market and deposit into your credit card then proceed to use your credit card ATM to make the payment.

Good day, please I just got an email from Stanbic Bank requesting for "school bill" for form A payment.

I ed my offer letter which states the tuition fee and deposit to be paid. I also ed the bank details my school sent, outlining their bank and other information.

Please, do you have any idea about what is meant by the "School bill"? Is it like a separate document?

Anytime you called a school and they redirect your you to a particular department don't cut off the call, follow up till you speak to someone.

Since your dependant has received their collection mail then there is no problem.

The dependant won't be issued a visa if the MA is refused.
