This may not fly and MA may be required to confirm relationship with step child if included by husband.As MA, husband's visa is tethered to hers - she can't fill 3 dependents and husband filling 4

MA and/or husband can not claim what is untrue as that jeopardizes everything. Also the said child is not travelling so ECO will not be bothered about that. Also husband has in past visa applications mentioned this child, he can not go and now ‘unsay’ there is no such child.
This is a tier 4 application and is point based.
She is not getting her visa on the basis of who and who is travelling with her.
Her application can not be denied on counts of dependents as there are varying circumstances in different applications. Honesty is always the best policy with immigration. Just my opinion and what I have seen happen for in some cases.

No, you can't. Only submit your application when your POF has matured, anything before then is grounds for refusal.

Pls gurus in the house, I applied for a student visa sometimes in 2009 through an agent before the whole biometric thing started but my visa was denied. The agent returned only my port without a rejection letter. I cannot even the agent cos he has been MIA for some years. My question now is

1. Should i apply to schools without declaring the refusal

Or

2. I should declare and explain that i do not have the letter of refusal.

Pls its urgent.

As a dependant, the collection paper shows sponsor evidence documents submitted during assisted service. Pls hope it will not bring any problem?
Secondly, the MA collection paper did not show sponsor evidence documents but it was submitted, only that it was not show on MA collection paper. Hope it pose no problem as well?

Thanks for breaking it down as I didn't have the luxury of time to go into a detailed explanation. The SMS system is a UKVI system and just as organisations get their sponsorship licence from UKVI so you can't separate the 2 in the true sense of it.

The above doesn't negate my earlier comment that a CAS statement doesn't need to be ed once the applicant uses the correct number without error. Whether it is submitted or not, UKVI (the ECO) will still run a check to ascertain the information on the application as correct.

As an organisation, if someone submits a document/or document that has the wrong number which doesn't match the complaint, I'd then ask for the correct document/reference or invoice number etc just to clarify and effectively deal with the complaint/situation. Asking for the updated/correct document or number doesn't come into play and is not my 1st call except an error has been made in the initial submission.

That we have had situation where NSF was requested for CAS to be ed. Either the person in question then made mistake on her CAS number or not during application, I’m not sure of that.
CAS is electronic n virtually generated.
Nevertheless, I still stand on what I said earlier that NSF can be sent to it because I was aware when it happened.

- by an education provider (school)
- through the sponsorship management system (SMS)
- with a unique reference number URN
- this education provider acts as your immigration sponsor in the UK.

This same SMS is also used for issuing CoS by employers who already have the license to sponsor with the Home Office under Tier 2

UKVI is just a fraction of the Home Office. The Home Office manages this system as part of its duties - immigration (UKVI), security (MI5), law n order (Police) etc
