First of all, when filling out your information you'll need to mention or estimate your tuition for each year and also estimate your living expenses too. After that you'll be asked to state how much you have as savings in a column. The savings will be removed from the total amount shown as your tuition and living expenses. And the remaining is what Mpower will provide for you when your loan application is approved.

If you're seeing $10,000 as required amount for you to show in your bank statement, or your sponsor's bank statement, that means you've filled it in the session that asked about how much you've saved or how much your sponsor wants to spend for your education... Try to go back and properly input all details well. If you can't, cancel the application and start all over.

Guy!! I didn’t encounter this at at all, i dont know whats going on with your portal…time is really going. First of all donyou have a Mpower relationship Manager? If yes talk to them…secondly on your dashboard, look for the student resources option, you will see a file called “financial plan”, it and fill the sheet, then it as “additional documents”….and also send it to your relationship manager….

My loan got approved like after 5 working days of submitting my document.

I used fidelity bank , I went into the bank and gave them a letter from my uncle stating they should send the statement to the embassy.
The letter should be written in a letter headed paper

I asked my Agent is my LOA not updated not the cause of the delay, he simply told me, LOA has nothing to do with VISA. Me I'm just tired of waiting and sending webforms.
